I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a much better and newer feel compared to other hotels in the area. The club lounge offered good food and drinks that were even better than what I experienced at other hotels. The gym was well-equipped, and I enjoyed the delicious food at the hotel's Yunnan restaurant. The lobby bar had a nice decor and a great atmosphere. The English-speaking staff were friendly and extremely helpful. They provided me with a long list of tourist hotspots and things to see and do in the city, which made the most of my occasional off days.

The view from our room was amazing, overlooking the bustling main street and the local train passing by. the executive lounge access was a major plus, with complimentary breakfast, tea, and happy hour. the staff were friendly and welcoming, and their ability to speak English made communication easy.

Finding ATMs on the Plus network was a bit of a challenge near the hotel. Additionally, getting to and from the hotel required navigating through a complicated series of roads, making transportation a bit time-consuming.

My stay at Crowne Plaza was for three nights, and it was absolutely wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable, and the bed was so cozy. I especially loved the bathtub, it was a great way to relax at the end of the day. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The cleaning service was also top-notch, although they maybe didn't need to fold my underwear! my stay was fantastic and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room size was decent and well-equipped, with amenities such as a fridge, kettle, coffee maker, iron. the presence of bathrobes and a bathtub added to the comfort level. Additionally, having a bathroom scale was a useful feature.

Getting a taxi was quite challenging, especially if you hadn't booked through an app. There was also a lack of shelters along the road to the nearby subway station, making it difficult during inclement weather.

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Beijing Sun Palace for my annual visit to Beijing. The staff was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always available. The room was spacious and clean, and the overall hotel was well-maintained. Its location was ideal, with everything I needed within a 10-minute walk. Additionally, being a member with gold status, I have been coming to this hotel for over ten years, and the experience has always been exceptional.
