As young families, we loved the spacious rooms and the availability of an umbrella. The staff was very helpful, and the location was great with shopping centers, restaurants, and a racecourse nearby. The buffet breakfast had a wide selection, including delicious Chinese cuisine.

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Causeway Bay for one night and it exceeded my expectations. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the staff were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The room itself was amazing, with breathtaking views, especially from the bathtub. The rooftop pool was a great bonus, and the food at Club 28 was delicious. I only wish I could have stayed longer!

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hong Kong and look forward to returning one day.

I recently had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza in Causeway Bay. The location was perfect, with easy access to the MTR station and the tram right outside the hotel. The rooms were spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.

The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with a spacious bathroom that was perfect for our family of two adults and one child. the hotel facilities and cleanliness were top-notch, making our stay a wonderful experience.

One of the highlights of our stay was the beautiful leisure room where we spent hours relaxing. the restaurant offered an exquisite dinner with a wide range of options on the menu. the room was spacious and equipped with exclusive facilities, including a private outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and beach umbrellas on the sun terrace.

this was made up for by the exceptional service and overall experience provided by this wonderful hotel.
