The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room was always clean and well-maintained. The hotel staff were friendly and spoke enough English to assist us with any questions or needs we had. We also appreciated the freebies such as instant coffee and toiletries, as well as the fast and reliable internet. The coin-operated laundry machines were a welcome addition for travelers like us. this hotel provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay here truly enjoyable.

The hotel is conveniently located near Namba station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are exceptionally clean, with pristine bathrooms and toilets. Additionally, the hotel offers a nice lobby restaurant and bar lounge for guests to enjoy.

The lack of a faucet/basin in the water closet makes it inconvenient to wash hands after using the toilet.

I recently stayed at Grids Premium in Namba for a few days. The modern hotel is perfectly located, just a 5-minute walk from Nankai Nanba train station and a few minutes from the vibrant Dōtonbori district. The beds were super comfy and the bathroom was clean. I also loved the fast and reliable internet, perfect for digital nomads. The staff were friendly and able to speak enough English to communicate effectively. Having coin-operated laundry machines with English instructions was a great convenience. Plus, there were plenty of nearby convenience stores and local restaurants.

We stayed at a cozy, clean, spacious, and quiet hotel in a great location. The service and amenities provided by the hotel were extremely helpful during our stay. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind between exploring all that Osaka has to offer. The location was wonderful, being close to Namba station and only a 2-minute walk to the Itami airport bus stop. It was also within walking distance of all the tourist locations in Osaka. Considering the fantastic location, the price was surprisingly cheap! The hotel had modern and well-maintained equipment, making our stay even more enjoyable.
