I stayed for a week for leisure purposes. The staff spoke English really well and the hotel is beautiful. Everything was very English-friendly. The location is fantastic, right across the Square. We could book in a bit earlier, they were very accommodating. The staff were excellent and made the check-in very easy and were friendly when coming and going throughout the way! I stayed twice within one trip and each time they left me a handwritten note and a snack - the small details that make you feel welcome.

This was very convenient, especially when we didn't want to take a taxi or eat at the hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was cleaner than the average in China. the hotel facilities and the central location were the best aspects of our stay.

Excellent Stay

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Crowne Plaza in Ningbo and it was truly a wonderful experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, allowing me to easily explore all that Ningbo has to offer. The rooms were spacious and incredibly comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after a busy day of sightseeing. I particularly enjoyed the nice deck in my room, which provided a great space to relax and get some work done. The price for the room was also excellent, offering great value for the quality of the hotel.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city. It's situated right across the Square and close to Tian Yi malls, offering a plethora of excellent restaurant options. You can easily access everything in the city from this central location.

The hotel lacks some modern amenities like accessible goods in the room and functioning charging ports.
