The hotel was located near a beautiful lake, providing a scenic view and a great place to jog in the morning or at night. Additionally, the executive lounge on the 13th floor offered a variety of snacks and drinks, which was a convenient and enjoyable perk for guests staying in executive rooms. Lastly, the customer service was exceptional, with staff readily available to assist at any time, even during odd hours.

There were several disappointing aspects of our stay. the communication with the staff was difficult due to language barriers, making it frustrating to make requests such as adding an extra bed.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Nanjing, I had a fantastic experience. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a stunning view of the lake. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food, and the hotel bar had great entertainment in the evenings. The location was convenient, with easy access to the metro station and the vibrant 1912 district. The hotel also had excellent WiFi and a nice pool. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Nanjing.

The hotel is located in a rather residential area, in the Jiangning district near the lake. Depending on the season, the lake is said to be very beautiful to walk around, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The hotel is also conveniently close to both train stations, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are interesting and luxurious, offering a comfortable stay. The staff speak English well enough to assist guests, ensuring a smooth communication experience. The breakfast is extensive and well-maintained, providing a variety of tasty options to start the day. The lobby and bar area are inviting, with nice music playing in both.

The bathroom floor drain could be slow, causing a slight inconvenience during showers.

The hotel has a big stylish room with a comfy bed, open space bathroom, and amazing view. It is also located in a good location, close to both train stations. The breakfast was really good and there is a loyalty scheme that offers complementary wine and allows for a late check out. The swimming pool is not busy and the staff are great.

Felt like visiting family, no reason to complain.

I had a pleasant stay in Jiangning district near the lake. The hotel's location next to the beautiful lake allowed for scenic walks, especially during certain seasons. It was also conveniently close to the Railway Station and the Nanjing city wall, making it easy to explore the city. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the hotel facilities, including the gym, were modern and well-equipped. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options and catered to both Chinese and European tastes. The staff, especially the concierge team, were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. Special thanks to Frank, who always provided great information and found taxis whenever needed.

Nothing not to love.

This hotel is a luxurious venue with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my needs. the Spa & wellness centre and the indoor swimming pool were exceptional, providing a peaceful environment for relaxation. the barbeque grills and picnic area with plenty of tables were perfect for outdoor activities. the massage and spa lounge were also delightful, and the high, quality restaurant served an outstanding in, room breakfast with many delectable options.

The only minor issue was the service at the snack bar, which was not as efficient or friendly as the other hotel staff. this did not detract from the overall experience.

Everything is what i need and want.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the clean rooms which were equipped with everything we needed. the hotel's location was perfect for us as it was close to many shopping malls and restaurants. Another advantage of this hotel was the availability of cheap transport options nearby.

The hotel's atmosphere was quite outdated and in need of some refurbishing. the breakfast buffet lacked variety and didn't have many options to choose from.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, catering to both Chinese and European tastes. The gym was modern and well-equipped, allowing me to fit in a workout during my stay. one of the best hotels I've stayed in China.
