The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with a lovely bath. I also enjoyed the variety of cuisine offered at breakfast, with plenty of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities, including a beautiful pool area, a well-equipped gym, and even a pool table. The central location of the hotel was also a major advantage, making it easy to explore the city.

There were a few negatives during my stay. there was no mention of an additional charge for the room as a deposit before taking the money from the credit card.

I recently stayed at a well-maintained hotel in Xiamen for five days. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very kind and helpful. The fitness and sauna facilities were also great. I especially appreciated the concierge staff who found my lost stroller. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would recommend it to others.

My recent stay at this hotel was a luxurious and fulfilling experience. The staff provided exceptional service, catering to my every need with exclusive amenities such as the Spa & wellness centre and outdoor swimming pool. The leisure/TV room was a great place to relax and catch up on some shows. Additionally, the buffet breakfast was delicious with a variety of Asian and Western options.

While my stay was overall wonderful, the only minor issue was the lack of private facilities in the rooms. However, this was not a major inconvenience as the beauty treatments and plunge pool were excellent alternatives.

Connected to a mall with various dining options including Starbucks, McDonalds, American Legends Bar and Grill. Exceptional staff, Leo in the breakfast buffet area was extremely helpful, Lina in the lobby gave great advice, and Lawrence helped retrieve a lost cell phone. Great facilities, will definitely return.

The staff were wonderful, providing excellent service. The beds and room were comfortable. Access to the Club Lounge was a nice perk. The breakfast buffet had a fantastic selection, including delicious Chinese dishes.

The pool was not well-maintained, with no cushions or umbrellas available and no staff readily available to assist with requests. the language barrier made getting information and assistance difficult at times.
