The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with a lovely bath. I also enjoyed the variety of cuisine offered at breakfast, with plenty of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities, including a beautiful pool area, a well-equipped gym, and even a pool table. the central location of the hotel was also a major advantage, making it easy to explore the city.

There were a few negatives during my stay. there was no mention of an additional charge for the room as a deposit before taking the money from the credit card.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, with the room being well made and spacious. The hotel facilities were great, including a beautiful pool area, well-equipped gym, and pool table. The hotel's breakfast selection was vast, with a variety of cuisines to choose from. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided an excellent level of service. They were knowledgeable, especially the concierge who went out of their way to help us select day tours and provided detailed assistance in organizing them. The hotel's location was very convenient, being next to a shopping mall with restaurants, shops, and being in a convenient neighborhood.

Connected to a mall with various dining options including Starbucks, McDonalds, American Legends Bar and Grill. Exceptional staff, Leo in the breakfast buffet area was extremely helpful, Lina in the lobby gave great advice, and Lawrence helped retrieve a lost cell phone. Great facilities, will definitely return.

I recently stayed at a well-maintained hotel in Xiamen for five days. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very kind and helpful. The fitness and sauna facilities were also great. I especially appreciated the concierge staff who found my lost stroller. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would recommend it to others.

My recent stay at this hotel was a luxurious and fulfilling experience. the staff provided exceptional service, catering to my every need with exclusive amenities such as the Spa & wellness centre and outdoor swimming pool. the leisure/TV room was a great place to relax and catch up on some shows. the buffet breakfast was delicious with a variety of Asian and Western options.

this was not a major inconvenience as the beauty treatments and plunge pool were excellent alternatives.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast had a good variety of options, including both Western and Asian foods. the location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby restaurants.

The pool was not well-maintained, with no cushions or umbrellas available and no staff readily available to assist with requests. the language barrier made getting information and assistance difficult at times.
