During our Easter in this hotel, we enjoyed the lovely pools, one was indoors and one was outdoors with toys for kids. the location of the hotel was great, just a taxi ride to restaurants and a supermarket. the staff was also helpful and always checked to make sure we had what we needed.

The breakfast was a bit too oily, and there were not many healthy options to choose from. the room we stayed in had a strong oily smell every morning, which only went away in the afternoon.

the spacious room was well-decorated and included exclusive facilities like a treatment room and private balcony with stunning views of the beachfront. the staff went above and beyond to fulfill all of our needs, from scheduling beauty treatments at the spa center to providing sun loungers and beach umbrellas for our use.

this was quickly resolved by opening the balcony doors to let in fresh air.

Excellent kids' activities, including a captivating bubble show. Busy full-day schedule for children. Very friendly and responsive staff, even driving golf buggies to assist with food delivery. Spacious, well-decorated rooms with balconies facing Atlantis. Responsive concierge and emergency response team, with quick assistance from the manager when needed. Most professional service attitude compared to other hotels in Haitang Bay.

Our stay at Crowne Plaza was exceptional. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile. They even gave us the manager's contact in case we needed anything. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Our daughter had a blast with the kids' activities, especially the bubble show. There were plenty of pools to choose from, and they provided toys for the kids. The breakfast was amazing, offering both Chinese and western options. We also appreciated the convenience of having restaurants and a supermarket nearby. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
