The hotel had a stunning view of the lake, which made for a beautiful backdrop during my entire stay. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Leslie who went above and beyond to help me retrieve my lost phone. the location was also perfect, with easy access to nearby malls and nightlife.

There were no negative aspects to my stay at this hotel.

I was amazed by the impressive location of the hotel, right on the lake. The hotel itself looked like a cruise ship, which added to the unique experience. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including Japanese, Indian, Chinese, and Western food. The view from my room was absolutely stunning, overlooking the beautiful lake. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, allowing me to truly enjoy my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for its incredible location and enjoyable amenities.

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Suzhou for a relaxing getaway. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The breakfast selection was outstanding with a wide variety of delicious options. The room itself was beautifully decorated and provided a stunning view of the lake and city. The hotel's spa and wellness center offered excellent services at reasonable prices. The food at the hotel bars was also very tasty. I can't wait to return for my birthday celebration!
