We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and spoke English, which was a relief. We were upgraded to the Captains Suite, the nicest room we have ever stayed in. The hotel is located right on the Jinji lake and offers breathtaking views. The breakfast buffet was extensive and had a great variety of food. The hotel is also conveniently located near a shopping mall, making it perfect for travelers. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch and the facilities were excellent.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The stunning view from our room overlooking the lake was unforgettable. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. In particular, Leslie at the front desk went above and beyond by helping us purchase train tickets to Nanjing. The hotel's location by Jinji Lake and its surrounding food and beverage facilities were a definite highlight. Additionally, Jovanna S from the club lounge provided excellent service throughout our stay.

The room itself was gorgeous, and I appreciated the extra water provided. The hotel's location near the lake and Suzhou Center was convenient for exploring the area. The spa and wellness center also offered great services at reasonable prices. I'm already planning to return for my birthday!
