Our stay at Zen Resort Sahl Hasheesh was exceptional. The staff, especially Salah Elbdri and Mohamed Kamal, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The rooms were modern and clean, and the restaurant provided excellent food. The hotel is in a private, gated compound, making it safe and comfortable for solo travelers. Although the beach is not right by the hotel, they have shuttle cars available at any time or it is just a 15-minute walk.

The hotel provided a dinner voucher to cover the price difference.

Every single thing. the staff was incredible and went out of their way to ensure we were happy. We were given a free room upgrade to celebrate our recent engagement. the comfortable, clean room and bathroom made our stay enjoyable.

There were a few minor issues, such as the lack of hairdryers in each room and a slight wait at breakfast. some of the hot food could have been warmer.

One small inconvenience might be that the resort is not located directly on the beach, but a complimentary shuttle service is available until 5pm and the beach is within walking distance.

I had such a wonderful time at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the Red Sea. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, providing excellent room service and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel. The amenities were top-notch, from the comfortable rooms with their plush bedding and modern facilities, to the beautiful terrace where I could relax and take in the breathtaking scenery. I also appreciated the convenience of the on-site restaurant and bar, which offered a delicious variety of dishes and drinks.

We had an amazing time at Zen Resort! the staff, including the general manager Mr Adel Megahed, were exceptional. They were always checking in to ensure everything was going well and offered assistance with a smile. the front desk champions, Ahmed and Belal, were super friendly and made us feel like we were at home. the food at the restaurant, thanks to Chef Nasser, was delicious and there was a great flexibility in choosing what we wanted. the rooms were clean and had a great view. our experience at Zen Resort was fantastic and we highly recommend it.

I loved staying at this hotel because it is located by the beach, allowing me to enjoy the breathtaking view of the sea from my room's balcony. The staff was supportive and provided excellent service, and the room was spacious and clean. The hotel also had a swimming pool with comfortable sunbeds, perfect for relaxing. the hotel offered a free shuttle bus to the nearby sandy beach, which was ideal for snorkeling.

I was disappointed that there was no buffet for breakfast and dinner, and the food options were limited.

My recent stay at Zen Resort was simply unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty by the friendly and attentive staff. the cleanliness of the resort was impeccable, and the peaceful atmosphere allowed us to truly unwind and relax. the food at the restaurant was not only delicious but also offered a great variety of options. the restaurant staff, especially our waiter Ashraf in the morning and Omar in the evening, went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was exceptional. the restaurant manager also deserves a special mention for his friendly and attentive service. the staff, the food, and the atmosphere made our stay at Zen Resort truly memorable. We can't wait to visit again.

As a backpacker, I loved the calm and quiet atmosphere of the resort. The pool was amazing and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was delicious and included. The onsite restaurant, Zaytuna, was phenomenal with attentive wait staff like Mohamed. Mustafa makes great mojitos. a great place for a peaceful vacation.
