We stayed at Best Western La Mare O Poissons in a convenient location for our early morning ferry. The receptionists were delightful and helpful, although they seemed a bit overworked. The hotel is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including tea and coffee in the rooms. It's a 15-minute walk from the town centre, so having a car is recommended for those who want to explore or dine elsewhere. The three-course meal offered at a reasonable price was excellent. We plan on returning to this hotel to further explore the interesting area.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was superb, being only a couple of minutes from the ferry port. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the comfortable room provided. The onsite parking was a great convenience, especially for someone traveling with a broadcast van. Plus, the hotel's breakfast had a good selection and there was no rush to start early in the morning.

The parking lot was secure and I was able to find a spot easily during the busy Easter holiday. The room was kept clean and tidy, and the air conditioning was a godsend in the hot weather. The hotel was also located near several key tourist spots.

My overall stay was negatively impacted by the presence of loitering groups of people around the hotel, which made me and my family uncomfortable and anxious. the restaurant prices were quite high and the food quality was poor, leading to an overall disappointing dining experience.
