The overall theme of the hotel being in Hollywood adds to the excitement and creates a celebrity-like experience for families. Dine restaurant for halal guests for breakfast: The breakfast at the hotel's Dine restaurant is amazing and the staff is very helpful in recommending which food is suitable for Muslims to eat. It would be great to have a separate area for halal patrons in the future. Near Disney: The hotel's easy access to Disneyland is a huge plus, making it convenient for guests to explore the park and enjoy all the attractions. It truly adds to the fairytale experience. Staff: The staff at the hotel, from the friendly and helpful staff at the lobby and check-in counters to the staff at the gift shop, are all amazing. Their warm smiles and willingness to go the extra mile for guests make the stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it easily accessible for foreign tourists. It is also close to the main attraction, Disneyland, allowing guests to easily access the park and maximize their time there. Additionally, the hotel is situated in an open amphitheater, providing a pleasant atmosphere for guests to enjoy.

One negative aspect of the hotel mentioned in a review was the expensive buffet at Chef Mickey restaurant.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. From the outdoor pool with a slide to the playroom for the kids, there was never a shortage of activities. The location was perfect, as it was close to the park and a short distance from the Hong Kong peninsula. The transportation provided, such as the bus transfers, made getting around a breeze. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I had a wonderful experience.

The hotel offers great Easter activities for families with kids, such as an egg hunt and a visit from the Easter Bunny. the location of the hotel is great, as it is close to a variety of restaurants and shopping areas.

The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some modernization. while we enjoyed our Easter holiday at the hotel, it could use some updates to keep up with modern standards.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Disneyland with a shuttle service, making it easy to get to the parks. The transportation options are excellent, with a good shuttle bus from the hotel to the park. The cleanliness of the hotel is top-notch, with many areas, including gardens and open areas, being very clean. The staff is excellent, with the guest relations officer going above and beyond to help me retrieve my lost phone. The hotel facilities, such as the bathtub and bed, were loved by my niece and nephews.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel room and all the areas inside. The hotel facilities were great, with an indoor game area for children and fantastic outdoor facilities including a large green space, outdoor games, heated swimming pool, and hot Jacuzzi. The location was perfect as we were very near to Disneyland and the MTR/Public Transport, with a hotel shuttle service every 5 minutes till 1 a.m. We also appreciated the friendly staff, from check-in to check-out, who were so helpful and wonderful. They even provided activities for the children and a special mention to Sea who drove us back to our hotel with very tired children.

Appreciated the little touches on complimentary birthday surprise for daughter. Frequent & effective shuttle buses to Disneyland, MTR, and other Disney hotels. Adore art deco style. We had a fantastic time at Disney'S Hollywood Hotel for our son's 10th birthday. The hotel went above and beyond to make our stay special, from the thoughtful clip on the bed to the fun Disney-themed room. The free shuttle buses and privilege entrances to Disney were a huge convenience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the stickers collection added a special touch. The hotel's clean and beautiful surroundings, with lush gardens and different plant varieties, made for a pleasant atmosphere. We can't wait to stay at another Disneyland hotel in the future.
