We had a fantastic stay at Novotel! the hotel is modern and well maintained, and our room was clean and well-equipped. the beds were firm and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the location was convenient, with tram stations nearby and easy access to the city center and central station. the breakfast was excellent, offering a delicious combination of English and American breakfast options. the hotel also had thoughtful touches like apples and candy at the front desk and a well-stocked bookcase and reading table in the foyer. a great experience!

I had an exceptional stay here, located in a lovely and peaceful residential area near two beautiful parks. The hotel provides easy access to tram stops, making it simple to get around and explore the city. The service was fantastic, with attentive staff during check-out, and the amenities in the rooms added to the luxurious experience with comfortable beds, tea and coffee facilities, and flat-screen TVs. The staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, providing prompt and efficient room service, housekeeping, and laundry services. The leisure facilities were top-notch, with a fantastic spa center, steam room, and sauna. Lastly, the dining experience was fantastic, offering a delicious breakfast buffet and a great selection of snacks and drinks in the bar/lounge area.

I would highly recommend this place to all those looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with excellent service.

We had a great time during our city trip and we were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel rooms. the availability of a room with a second bed was a plus as it allowed our daughter to have her own comfortable sleeping space. the staff was outstanding and comped us drinks when our room wasn't ready upon check-in. the hotel is located in a prime location close to the tram which made it easy for us to explore the city.

The breakfast selection was limited with only a few types of cheese and salami, and very little choice of fruit and fresh vegetables. Overall the facilities had a slightly worn impression and the hotel lacked a restaurant on site which meant that we had to walk for 10-15 minutes to find a suitable place to eat.
