We had a fantastic stay at Dorsett. The hotel's location in Kowloon was convenient for exploring the city. The room, although small, was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated the shuttle bus service. The Friday happy hour with free drinks, canapés, and live music was a delightful surprise. The mobile phone provided in the room as a hotspot was very useful. Despite some minor drawbacks, we had a wonderful experience overall and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room had a big double bed and a stunning view of the city from a high floor. The wide glass table and executive chair in front of the bay window provided a comfortable workspace. The small safe in the room was a convenient feature to keep my belongings secure. The staff, including the porters, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel's location was perfect, being close to various eateries and within walking distance to the metro stations. In addition, the hotel offered a shuttle bus service that took me to many popular areas in the city. The cleanliness and facilities of this hotel were top-notch, as well.

A truly memorable stay at Dorsett! The moment I stepped into the lobby, the clean and refreshing scent immediately put me at ease. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, especially when I left my wallet behind. Eddy Lo, the front desk manager, promptly informed me about its retrieval and personally arranged for its safe return. The level of service and care was exceptional. The hotel also provided a free airport shuttle and a mobile phone for my convenience. The location was great, with easy access to amenities and public transportation. The room may have been cozy, but it was comfortable and well-maintained. The bathroom amenities were top-notch, with luxurious shower gel and great water pressure. I had a fantastic experience at Dorsett Mongkok and would highly recommend it.

The breakfast at Dorsett Mongkok was basic but satisfying, with refreshing lemon juice and unlimited water. The dim sum was worth trying, and the staff put in a lot of effort to make your experience enjoyable. The location is convenient, close to Olympia City 1, 2, and 3, with an excellent food court nearby. The room had all the necessary amenities, and the hotel had a restaurant. The environment-friendly initiative of using large dispenser bottles for shower products instead of mini tubes was commendable.

The hotel had a nice view from the room and the location was great, with convenient access to fast food and convenience stores. the hotel provided complementary amenities that were useful during our city trip.

The room size was incredibly small and there was little space to store our belongings. the bed was not very stable and the noises from the hallway and outside were very audible, which made it difficult to have a good night's rest.

Convenient location near McDonald's and 7Eleven. Friendly staff, free shuttle buses, comfortable rooms with great facilities. Lobby smells amazing. I'll definitely stay here again if I come back to the city.

the hotel receptionists were incredibly friendly and patient, making our check-in process a breeze. the high-speed internet access was a major plus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. the location of the hotel was perfect, with a shuttle bus available to take us to many popular areas. All of the staff were nice and helpful, and we were especially touched when one of the managers surprised our children with gifts on our first night. the family room was spacious and much larger than other hotels we've stayed at in Hong Kong. We will definitely choose Dorsett Mongkok for our future visits. Thank you to all the staff, and we look forward to returning this Christmas!

I had a great stay at Dorsett Mongkok! The price was reasonable considering I booked last minute. The staff were attentive and provided a cell phone for navigating the city. The location was convenient with lots of places to eat nearby and easy access to the metro. I enjoyed walking around Kowloon and exploring the area. I would recommend this hotel for its value and convenience.
