had a fantastic stay at a beachfront two-bedroom apartment in gold coast. ritz resort heated pool exceeded expectations with ocean-facing balcony, comfy pillows, and full kitchen. rooftop views, two spas, and heated pool were amazing. can't wait to return!

The location was awesome! It was really easy to get to all the restaurants and shops. We also loved how close it was to the beach. the pool/spa area was amazing! We spent most of our time there and had it all to ourselves.

That we had to buy some extra supplies like toilet paper and dishwasher tablets. But it was a small inconvenience compared to everything else.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to everything Broadbeach has to offer by foot. It is close to the Convention Center and just a short walk to the beautiful beach. The rooms are spacious and well laid out, with comfortable beds and pillows. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The facilities, such as the gym and rooftop spa, are well maintained and enjoyable. the Ritz Resort offers a convenient and enjoyable stay in a great location.

The internet provided by the hotel is limited to 1 GB per day, which can be frustrating for guests who rely on a strong and unlimited connection.

We loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. Everything was incredibly smooth from the moment we arrived. The staff were very helpful and provided excellent service. The location of this place is perfect, with easy access to everything in Broadbeach. We were just across from the beach and only a short walk away from Pacific Fair and the surf club. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, making our stay even more comfortable. The heated pool and spa were an added bonus, allowing us to relax and unwind. we had a fantastic time here and would definitely recommend it to others.

We had the best Christmas ever at The Ritz. The rooftop spa was amazing and the pool area and BBQ were fantastic. The location was perfect, with the Oasis shopping centre and eateries nearby. Despite the minor issue of the bed size, we still had a great sleep. I highly recommend this hotel.
