Cleanliness impeccable, friendly staff, yummy breakfast, and convenient transportation nearby. the hotel's facilities, including the purified water tap on each floor, were great additions to the comfortable room.

We hit up HOTEL TRIPLETS ENTERTAINMENT & had a blast! the shuttle to MTR was clutch, & 7-eleven downstairs saved us. Staff were cool, room size was just right for our squad.

Wow with the kids! A blast — colorful rooms, lots of play spots. A surprise? Super hero—climb up and down. I like the mini town. Rooms comfy. Window view great. Watch out though—loud hallways. Food—yummy. Polite staff. Easy access to MTR. All in all, good for a layover. No need to leave! Arigato, Dorsett!

rooms are comfortable and clean, and staff are super friendly. the hotel is a short walk to a 7-11 outside, and there's a paid self-service laundry within the hotel. the shuttle bus to nearby Kwai Fong MTR is really convenient for exploring and shopping.

The Dorsett Tsuen Wan hotel in Hong Kong provided me with a nice room and great service, including a free shuttle to the city. the room had all the necessary amenities, but the location was a bit far from the central area, though it allowed us to experience different commuting routes in the city. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially Nick and the shuttle bus driver, who made our stay pleasant. the hotel's relaxation facilities, such as the outdoor swimming pool and BBQ area, added to our family bonding experience. Exploring nearby landmarks like the Sam Tung Uk Museum and Tsuen Wan Park also enriched our trip. a comfortable stay with some minor inconveniences but with plenty of enjoyable experiences to cherish.
