The location of Eaton Hk was perfect for exploring the city. I enjoyed walking to the nearby harbor and exploring the shops on Nathan Road. The hotel staff was very welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. The included breakfast was absolutely fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring. I had a great experience at Eaton Hk and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting the city.

We had an amazing time at this hotel located between two subway stations in downtown. The location is amazing and means we were able to easily travel to many places around the city. The service we received here is top-notch, from the attentive and friendly staff to the great room amenities. The restaurant manager is especially kind and helpful and always available to assist with any request we had. Further, the hotel offers various services including room service, dry cleaning and tours/ticket assistance. We were impressed with the facilities including the swimming pool, rooftop pool, and a fitness center.

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great hotel located in the center of Kowloon.

We have been staying at Eaton for 20 years and have never been let down. the hotel keeps improving and renewing itself while maintaining high standards. the design is thoughtful and earthbound, with a beautiful bar/terrace overlooking Kowloon. the Michelin Star Dim Sum restaurant and diverse basement food court are also highlights. the breakfast is amazing and the pool is a refreshing end to a day of sightseeing. the location is great, with the MTR just a few minutes' walk away.

The lifts are amazing, with breathtaking views over the city and down to the ballroom and Chinese restaurant in the basement. The hotel has friendly staff, a comfortable bar, and a 'metro buffet' restaurant on the 'L' floor. The breakfasts at the metro buffet offer a variety of continental, British, and Chinese style dishes, including delicious Dim Sum, and are great value for money. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Victoria Harbour waterfront, the main shopping area, Kowloon Park, and Temple Street night market. The hotel also offers a direct bus stop to the Airport Express and a good complimentary wifi connection. The Family Room is clean and comfortable.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, which was just a short walk away from Jordan metro station. The mouthwatering cuisine at The Astor restaurant was definitely a highlight of our stay. Exploring Temple market and other local markets nearby was a great way to experience the city's vibrant culture. The room was cozy, with clean bathroom and comfy bed. The staff provided us with fresh towels and toiletries regularly. The free WiFi was a useful added bonus.

The gym was a bit outdated and cramped.

the newly renovated hotel had a quirky and unique vibe with beautiful interior design. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great, with easy access to the airport and MTR service. the room we stayed in was cute and cozy, and we appreciated the attention to detail in the colorful and cozy interior decoration. the breakfast was impressive and worth the price, and the Chinese restaurant in the basement served the best dim sum we've had.
