It was just a smart choice for taking strolls in Venice with great value for the money. The breakfast on the terrace offered a fantastic view every morning, making it the best start to our day. Try to explore the nearby hidden canals. they are less crowded and have a unique charm.

Unfortunately, I encountered issues with the gym facilities. They were smaller than expected and crowded at peak hours. This limited my workout routine and was quite disappointing during my stay. Additionally, I found the access to luxury shopping a bit misleading as some high-end boutiques were farther than they appeared on the map.

Had a fantastic time with friends at this hotel! It's just a short walk to San Marco square, which made exploring super easy. We loved the buffet breakfast and even got a birthday cake delivered to our room! The view from the patio was breathtaking, especially during sunset.

However, we faced a bummer when we arrived and couldn't check in until 3 PM. It was a hot day, and the front desk staff wasn't very helpful about finding a place to change, which was a letdown.

We loved the breathtaking rooftop terrace for breakfast, providing a perfect view of the Grand Canal. The service was attentive, especially the turn-down service. Try De Pisis for dinner – their Italian cuisine is fantastic.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, great spa and wellness center. Wi-Fi was spotty, though.

this hotel is super close to san marco square, like just a 2 min walk. the location is awesomely central, and being right on the grand canal is a big plus. breakfast on the water was a great experience, and the rooftop bar has the best views! the staff were all really friendly and helpful, especially arranging our gondola rides. our room had the old venetian charm and felt nice and spacious.

but, the breakfast could use more variety since it was kinda the same every day. also, the gym was smaller than we thought it would be, which is a bummer.

Our stay was unforgettable, thanks to the hotel being just a few steps from piazza san marco and a short walk to the stunning rialto bridge, making it super easy to explore the heart of venice each day. we cherished our mornings with breakfast overlooking the grand canal, creating memories that will last a lifetime.
