As soon as I stepped out on the street, I had quick easy access to different transportation options like the metro and buses, which made exploring the city a breeze. This place was conveniently located right next to the metro station Exit A2 which made it easy for me to plan my travels. It was great to experience local living and markets around the hotel. The room was comfortable and tidy, the staff was welcoming and helpful. I appreciated the hotel providing dry cleaning and housekeeping services as these were necessary for me during my stay. Additionally, the room amenities like free wi-fi, the mini-bar, and the in-room safe were great bonuses during my trip.

The rooms are spacious with modern and stylish decor, and the bathrooms have generous sizes and good showers. The hotel provides excellent service, with friendly staff who are fluent in English. Additionally, there is a separate restaurant on-site with reasonably priced breakfast options.

Some parts of the hotel are currently undergoing renovation, which can create noise during weekdays.

The staff was amazing, always helpful and always smiling. They offered us a complimentary breakfast and a welcome drink upon arrival. the location is perfect, close to the MTR station and easy to reach all the tourist spots. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool and the stunning city views from there.

We booked a room with a view, but we got a view of tall buildings instead of the advertised sea view. It was misleading and we expected more.

Great location, close to family and MTR - 2 stops from Central. 5 minute walk to Sheung Wan. Compact but comfortable rooms with amenities like a fridge, kettle, daily newspaper, and safe. Quick and helpful staff. Good price.
