We had an amazing stay at Grand Hotel Campione! The spacious rooms and huge shower made our stay even more comfortable. The friendly staff at the Breakfast room made our mornings special, and we discovered our new favorite dessert, Cornetto alla crema. The free parking and balcony were definite pluses. we highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to Lake Lugano and various restaurants in the area. Additionally, the in-house restaurant provided a great dining option. The rooms were well-appointed and had comfortable beds, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The surrounding area seemed a bit run-down, which detracted from the overall experience.

As foreign tourists, we loved the stunning view of Lake Lugano from our room and the nearby lake promenade with bars and restaurants. The hotel staff was friendly, and we appreciated their implementation of hygiene standards. The free parking nearby was a convenient bonus. The rich breakfast served exceeded our expectations, and the stylish colors and design in the room added a nice touch. The bed was comfortable, and the air-conditioning system ensured a pleasant stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary drinks and the helpfulness of the English-speaking receptionist.

Our stay at Grand Hotel Campione was a great value for money. The room was comfortable and had fantastic facilities, including a huge bath and a lovely view of the lake. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel well looked after throughout our stay.

The breakfast offerings could have been better, with more variety and options to choose from.

From the moment I entered, the staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive. the room was beautifully designed with exclusive amenities and great views of the lake. the Spa & Wellness Centre was top-notch, with a sauna, Turkish bath, and various massages. the restaurant served delicious food with special diet menus available. In-room breakfast was served promptly, and the bar area had a great ambiance. the private facilities were excellent, and the location was perfect.

The packed lunches were not as satisfying as they could have been. the portions were small, and the prices were quite steep.

Our romantic getaway had a couple of good surprises, like the complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates that we found in our room upon arrival. the location near the lake was very convenient for walks and it was easy to take the bus to nearby towns. the bed was comfortable and we liked the balcony.

The hotel fell short of our expectations. the room was outdated and had an unpleasant smell.

The Grand Hotel Campione in Campione d'Italia was truly outstanding. Stylish decor, comfortable beds, and a friendly staff made for an unforgettable stay. The view from our balcony was breathtaking and the room was impeccably clean. The kitchen staff provided excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lugano and Como.
