The hotel was very clean and modern with great amenities including multi sockets that were really useful. the location was ideal as it was only a 5 minute walk from the nearest metro station. One real advantage was the breakfast, which had a good range of both western and chinese food.

The staff's English-speaking ability was poor, which made communication difficult at times. the internet was also very unstable, with a slow and sometimes non-existent connection.

During my stay at Fairfield, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. The hotel lobby had a modern and clean design which was appealing. I was pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary items such as coffee, tea, and toiletries in my room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean with a separate shower cabin. The breakfast buffet provided a wide variety of options and the service from the staff was excellent. Additionally, the hotel provided a gym for guests to use and the location was conveniently close to a metro station. I had a great experience at Fairfield and would recommend it to others.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is near a metro station and close to the next metro. It is quite close to the subway, considering the distances between the stations. The room and bathroom are clean and in a new condition, with modern and functional facilities. The staff kindly welcomes and treats guests, and there are plenty of USB ports in the room for charging. The breakfast offers a good variety of Western and Chinese food.

The staff is not fluent in English and tends to answer questions in Chinese.
