The hotel was very clean and modern with great amenities including multi sockets that were really useful. the location was ideal as it was only a 5 minute walk from the nearest metro station. One real advantage was the breakfast, which had a good range of both western and chinese food.

The staff's English-speaking ability was poor, which made communication difficult at times. the internet was also very unstable, with a slow and sometimes non-existent connection.

During my stay at Fairfield, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. The hotel lobby had a modern and clean design which was appealing. I was pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary items such as coffee, tea, and toiletries in my room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean with a separate shower cabin. The breakfast buffet provided a wide variety of options and the service from the staff was excellent. Additionally, the hotel provided a gym for guests to use and the location was conveniently close to a metro station. I had a great experience at Fairfield and would recommend it to others.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent. The prices were reasonable considering the quality of the facilities. Secondly, the attention to detail was noticeable. The rooms were stylishly furnished and had all the basic amenities that I needed. Lastly, the breakfast was great. There was a good variety of food, both Western and Chinese, which catered to different tastes.

One small area for improvement is the sound-proofing in the rooms.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is near a metro station and close to the next metro. It is quite close to the subway, considering the distances between the stations. The room and bathroom are clean and in a new condition, with modern and functional facilities. The staff kindly welcomes and treats guests, and there are plenty of USB ports in the room for charging. The breakfast offers a good variety of Western and Chinese food.

The staff is not fluent in English and tends to answer questions in Chinese.
