The apartment was spacious and clean, with high ceilings and a great bathroom. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. the location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. It was within walking distance of all the major attractions and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

There were a few things that let the experience down. the bed was too short and the sheets and towels were dirty.

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment in Liverpool. The facilities were top-notch, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. The apartment was spacious and perfect for our family. The location was ideal, being in the city center and close to attractions and restaurants. The value for money was excellent, making it a great choice for our stay. we couldn't have asked for better accommodations.

One drawback was that we had trouble adjusting the shower temperature, but it was a minor inconvenience that didn't affect our overall experience. Also, the noise from the water pipes in the toilet was a bit concerning, but it didn't disrupt our stay.

The location of the accommodation was superb, just a few minutes' walk to the city center, docks, and Consett Square. The apartment itself had everything we needed and was incredibly spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. The hosts were also very accommodating, allowing us to check in early and store our luggage on the day of check-out. The contact-free check-in and check-out process was seamless.

Additionally, it would have been helpful if condiments such as butter, oil, salt, and pepper were provided in the apartment. Nevertheless, the overall experience was excellent, and I highly recommend the accommodation for its prime location, spaciousness, and accommodating hosts.

The spacious 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment at Castle Collection 14 Cook Street was in an excellent city location. We loved how centrally located it was, with attractions like the Bank Arena and Albert Docks just a 10-minute walk away. The apartment itself was very spacious, with a large living area and modern kitchen. The king-sized double beds in the separate bedrooms were comfortable, and having two bathrooms was a convenient feature. The apartment was also self-contained and had a large fridge, freezer, and washing machine, making it perfect for longer stays. The building was a lovely old office building that had been renovated into spacious apartments, with wide carpeted staircases and beautiful large entrance doors. We also appreciated the discount card for parking, which made it only £9 a day. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this apartment.

While there were many positives to our stay, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. the apartment was only single glazed, so the noise from the surrounding bars was exceptionally loud, especially at night.

Stayed at 14 Cook Street for a weekend getaway with my family. The location was perfect - central and not noisy at all. Incredible value for money with clean and comfortable rooms. The TV size was impressive. Met a lovely cleaner named Joanne who did a great job. Only suggestion would be to have small coffee sachets and teabags for shorter stays. exceptional property.

We recently stayed at a fantastic apartment in a central location. Bars, restaurants, shops, and docks were all just minutes away on foot. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with all necessary amenities provided. Plus, the discounted parking made a huge difference. We loved the cocktail bar in the basement called The Vault. Can't wait to return in July!
