Ag man, the staff made my mom’s b-day super special! They went all out with my requests, so lekker to see. The room was comfy, with a proper bath and all. The restaurant food was a winner, especially brekkie—just wish the English of the staff was better.

One little thing, the lady at the pub had a bit of a strict vibe about ordering drinks, which was a bit of a buzzkill.

the fairmont is an incredible hotel! the building's art-deco style is stunning, and the location makes it easy to reach popular spots. the staff were warm and welcoming, especially nick from security, who provided exceptional service. don't miss the relaxing willow stream spa – it really helps you find peace.

My experience at Fairmont Peace Hotel was frustrating. The cleaner completely missed the mark—trash was left in the bin by the desk, and the TV cabinet was left wide open. To add insult to injury, the swim cap requirement for the pool was absurd. I had to awkwardly buy one just to enjoy a swim. I expected more for the price I paid, especially given the hotel's reputation. It's a shame because I anticipated a relaxing getaway, but instead, I felt like I was constantly dealing with petty inconveniences.

This place suits me perfectly, providing everything I need. The free Wi-Fi in rooms, fitness center, and indoor swimming pool are fantastic. On my first visit, the friendly staff helped me find my lost ID card. Highly recommend! I'm coming back for a new year.
