fairmont exceeded expectations during my stay in shanghai. the corner suite was spacious and had a breathtaking view of the bund. staff were attentive and invited me to enjoy the gold lounge. a true gem with rich history.

We had a fabulous time at Fairmont Peace Hotel! We were celebrating my husband's birthday and wanted a special night out. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and the room was exceptional. The location couldn't be better, right by the Bund. We loved the Jazz Bar for evening cocktails. Highly recommended for a special occasion or a tourist visit.

The Fairmont Peace Hotel on the Bund in Shanghai exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff was attentive and accommodating, even providing a special birthday celebration for my husband. The hotel's historic art deco interiors were stunning, from the ornate lobby to the luxurious bathrooms. The location on the Bund offered easy access to the promenade and the spectacular light show. We especially enjoyed the first-class executive lounge and the fantastic spa facilities. a truly exceptional experience.

Superb location, spacious twin room, luxurious amenities, friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, attention to detail.

This historic hotel is full of beautiful art deco decor and offers a glimpse into old Shanghai. the lobby, rooms, and public areas are all sparkling and tastefully decorated. the hotel is conveniently located near the action on the Bund, allowing for easy access to the city's main attractions. the breakfast buffet is worth the price, offering a variety of high-quality options, including a fruit bar and soup station.

There were a few negative aspects to note. the hotel had difficulty fulfilling a special request for 12 red roses and a bottle of champagne, despite it being a simple request made during the reservation.

We had an amazing value for our money at this hotel. The room was absolutely fantastic, with spacious and impressive bathrooms, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location couldn't have been better, right by the Bund and the main shopping street. The staff treated us like royalty, making our honeymoon extra special with treats like a cake, hand-drawn card, and access to a private rooftop.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was the variety of food options.

The room was spacious and luxurious, with all the amenities we needed. The discounted laundry and meals were a nice bonus. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to the Bund and NanJing East St The staff was friendly and always available to assist. we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, especially during a difficult time when our daughter was in the hospital. The cleanliness of the hotel and facilities was excellent. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to transportation and a great view over the rear courtyard. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our celebration went smoothly and even provided services to dignitaries like Barack Obama.

During our Christmas stay at this heritage hotel, we were impressed with its beautiful interiors and historical charm. the hotel's architecture was truly amazing, and we appreciated the sense of history it provided. Additionally, the location was key, as it was just a short walk to the Waitan boardwalk, where we enjoyed breathtaking views of the Bund and Pudong's skyscrapers. It was the perfect spot to take in the past and future of the city.

There were a couple of drawbacks during our stay. we found that our room, facing the main road, could get quite noisy at times.
