The rooms are small. The outdoor area needs improvement. Pool towels were never available. Trash cans were overflowing. The staff were friendly. The check-in was delayed. The room was not fully cleaned. The pool was dirty. The location is convenient. Prompt responses to maintenance issues. Comfortable but not fancy. Had to upgrade for a separate sleeping area. an average experience.

The staff were awesome - very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We loved the layering of window coverings to keep the light out. It was great to have a variety of food establishments and a Walmart within walking distance. The hotel provided a board that told us what was available around the city, which was a nice touch.

The rooms at Courtyard were updated and had a pleasant decor. We loved the convenience of having parking and Wi-Fi available. The big chair in the room and double beds were perfect for our needs. One thing that impressed us was the magnifying mirror in the bathroom, very clever! We also appreciated being able to access Netflix on the TV and the handy lit remote control at night.

In terms of cleanliness, the room was well-maintained, but we did notice a few minor issues. There was some dust in the bathroom corners and empty conditioner and body wash containers on the wall.

We had a great stay at Courtyard. The location was convenient, and the pool was warm with towels provided poolside. The room and bathroom were spacious. I want to give a special thanks to Lance who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He personally delivered pillows to our room, gave excellent dining recommendations, and even provided us with a map and directions to nearby restaurants. The staff was friendly and polite, and the hotel had everything we needed nearby, including shopping and dining options.

The hotel's location near the UNCW campus was perfect for us. It was centrally located, allowing easy access to all the restaurants and tourist attractions we wanted to visit. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We especially loved the small sofa and the excellent pillows and bedding provided.

We recently stayed at the Courtyard in Wrightsville Beach for one night and had an amazing experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bistro downstairs was a great addition. We particularly enjoyed the fresh orange infused water at the front desk and the delicious breakfast, which was well worth its price. The hotel's housekeeping also did a great job, as the hotel smelled nice throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is located very conveniently, close to nearly everything you would want to do while in town. It is just a short drive to auto dealerships and other "must sees" in the area. The breakfast options were appreciated by some guests. The staff was accommodating, as evidenced by the chef who impressed various guests with her service.
