The suite at Grand Madison had everything we needed - it was convenient, clean, and well-prepared. The location was great for exploring the city, with many attractions within walking distance. The view from the executive floor was amazing. The staff were overall helpful and friendly, and quickly provided a chair and fixed the broken bathroom door knob when we called. Despite a few small inconveniences, our stay was exceptional.

The hotel is conveniently located near the big red statue and the 4th May monument, making it a great base for exploring the major tourist attractions in the area. Additionally, there is a supermarket close by, providing easy access to essentials during your stay.

The wifi in the hotel is extremely slow and practically unusable.

The staff, particularly Michael, provided detailed information about the area. The room was clean with daily alcohol-cleaned restroom. Convenient location near a mart and Marina City, with the tallest building offering great views. Maintenance addressed air conditioning issue promptly. The pool was enjoyable, and the vegetable pancake from a nearby shop was delicious.

The room had an amazing view of the waterfront area and was very spacious. the breakfast buffet was great with a lot of options to choose from. the location was perfect, right in the middle of the city, with easy access to shopping centers and restaurants. the staff was helpful and let us check-in early which was a big relief.

The room windows were dirty, which was a bit disappointing. the kitchen in the room did not come equipped with basic utensils and we had to ask for them, which was a hassle.

The location of the hotel is really convenient, as it is close to a supermarket and popular sightseeing spots like Carrefour and 5.4 Square. The room facilities are excellent, just like what you would find in a service apartment. For example, in room 3718, there is a spacious bathroom with a good shower and the breakfast offered is tasty. The view from the hotel is also great, with a stunning sea-side view available in some rooms.

One downside is that there might be some issues with cleanliness that need improvement.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The room was huge, spotlessly clean, and the view was simply breathtaking. I found the Grand Madison Qingdao Harbour-View Central to be a very convenient and cost-effective hotel. The location was great, with an airport shuttle bus stop and Carrefour nearby. The subway station was just a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the city. The view from my room on the 32nd floor was excellent, and the room itself was equipped with a washing machine, which was very useful. The hotel's fitness center and sauna bath were decent, and the breakfast choices, though limited, were sufficient. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

The only issue I encountered during my stay was the weak hot water supply. It took a long time to fill up the hot water in the bath tub.
