Many of the staff members at the hotel struggled to speak English, which was unexpected for an international hotel. This led to some confusion, such as receiving a meal we didn't order and not being able to book a spa appointment as we had anticipated.

Quiet island location, helpful staff, good value for money, clean rooms, convenient parking, modern and comfortable.

This hotel provided me with luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the spa and sauna were incredible, and the indoor swimming pool was perfect for a relaxing swim. the massage in the treatment room was rejuvenating, and the steam room invigorating.

There was a minor issue with communication, as some of the staff were not fluent in English.
