Excellent Service

I had a great value for my money at Four Points. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel's location was peaceful with easy access to the metro station. The staff treated me with friendliness and professionalism.

More breakfast choices would be nice.

I was in Guangzhou for the Canton fair and the hotel's proximity to the fairgrounds was a huge plus, with no traffic jams to deal with. The view from the hotel was stunning and it was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's rest. The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of options. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was decent. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout my stay, which was a bonus. One of the highlights of my stay was when the manager went above and beyond to make up for a room mix-up, upgrading us to the presidential suite. It was an incredible experience and I felt incredibly lucky. the hotel exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it.

Great hotel with kind and professional staff. Loved the wide and well, equipped gym. the breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent, with high, quality food. the location was convenient, only about 20 minutes by taxi to the exhibition center.

The room had a smoke smell and the staff weren't particularly helpful. the breakfast was good but too expensive for the hotel's price range.

Additionally, the staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

One thing I didn't like about the hotel was the noise pollution from the surrounding area. I could hear loud drum beats and it was a bit disruptive at times.

What made my stay even better was the special price I got after signing a contract with the hotel. They made me feel like I was at home and even called me by my small name. The hotel was newly built and offered a high standard of luxury. the rooms were beautifully furnished with high-quality fixtures in the bathroom. the staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices and the Chinese restaurant was a culinary delight. the highlight of my stay was the spa, where I enjoyed a relaxing massage. the swimming pool was a good size and the outdoor terrace was a nice touch.

One downside was that my room type was not available for the entire duration of my stay, and I had to switch rooms after the first night. This was a bit inconvenient and disrupted my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spacious with a great city view from the higher floor. The hotel staff was very cooperative and warm, especially the head concierge Raymond who gave us valuable commuting advice. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities provided. The breakfast served was delicious, and there were plenty of options to choose from.
