We booked an impromptu getaway at Four Points and it was well worth it! Our room with a sea view was definitely worth the slightly higher price. the service was exceptional, and reception even accommodated our late flight with a 2pm check out. the breakfast was decent and ran until 10:30am, perfect for those who don't enjoy early mornings. During the day, the beach was empty and the sea temperature was lovely. We loved chilling out in the sky bar with a book and coffee, and their afternoon tea deal was a good price.

The staff were well trained, professional and kind. Good sized rooms with lovely sea and city views. Excellent breakfast and free 24/7 gym. Convenient location near the beach.

I couldn't have asked for a more perfect location during my stay at Four Points in Sanya. The hotel is conveniently situated right across the street from the beach, offering breathtaking views. The pool was a tranquil oasis where I could unwind and soak up the sun. The overall ambiance of the hotel was lovely and I appreciated the added bonus of having HBO in English. While the meals at the hotel were a bit expensive, I found some delightful local restaurants nearby to satisfy my cravings. I must say, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The hotel's luxurious amenities were exceptional, from the exquisite private facilities to the stunning beach access. the outdoor swimming pool was one of the most beautiful I've ever seen, and the sun terrace and garden area were perfect for relaxing.

The service was a bit hit-or-miss; some of the staff were extremely helpful, while others were less attentive.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the free internet and the spacious rooms with nice views. the hotel was conveniently located in the center of the city, within walking distance of many attractions.
