During my Xmas stay, I appreciated the size of the rooms, larger than many other hotels in the area, plus the well-appointed and modern decor. The staff were friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a smile. the spa facilities provided a good level of relaxation and pampering.

The hotel location was far from the city center, making it inconvenient to explore the nightlife and shopping options. The breakfast buffet was quite limited in terms of variety and quality, with some dishes not being refilled promptly.

From the exclusive amenities to the impeccable service, this hotel was truly luxurious. The spa centre, indoor swimming pool, and sauna provided the perfect escape after a long day of business meetings. The in-room breakfast and bar area were also highlights, as the menu offered delicious options and the staff was always friendly and attentive.

Although the location was convenient for accessing the Suzhou expressway, the outdoor swimming pool was quite small and crowded. This was the only minor issue during my stay, as the rest of the facilities and services exceeded my expectations.
