During my Xmas stay, I appreciated the size of the rooms, larger than many other hotels in the area, plus the well-appointed and modern decor. the staff were friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a smile. the spa facilities provided a good level of relaxation and pampering.

The hotel location was far from the city center, making it inconvenient to explore the nightlife and shopping options. the breakfast buffet was quite limited in terms of variety and quality, with some dishes not being refilled promptly.

Although the location was convenient for accessing the Suzhou expressway, the outdoor swimming pool was quite small and crowded.
