We loved the friendly staff and the excellent SPA center! The jacuzzi may require an extra fee, but it's worth it. The hotel also offers free transportation to the ski area every 1/2 hour.

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Royale in Bansko. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the town center and a convenient shuttle bus to the Gondola. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel manager even allowed us to extend our vacation without any hassle. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, especially the traditional Bulgarian meals. Our 1 bedroom apartment was clean, spacious, and had a lovely view. The spa services, like the aromatherapy massage, were amazing and affordable. great value for the price!

The hotel facilities were excellent, including a swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. The apartment we stayed in was clean, cosy, and spacious, with enough storage space for our belongings and ski equipment. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and they kindly provided us with a room with a mountain view. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices, although it did become a bit repetitive after a week. we were impressed with the cleanliness, facilities, location, and helpfulness of the staff.
