They were patient, passionate, and provided amazing recommendations and assistance. the hotel itself is elegant and clean, with outstanding facilities such as the gym, pool, and spa. the food was also delicious, and the hotel's location in an international business area made it convenient for shopping and dining options.

There were no negative aspects of my stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, being conveniently situated near a subway station and a bank, making it easy for me to explore the city and access any necessary services. Another advantage I enjoyed was the hotel's ability to arrange tours, which made it convenient for me to visit popular attractions like the Great Wall and Ming Tombs.

There were a couple of downsides to my stay. the bathroom could do with some updating.

During my Christmas stay in Beijing, I had a great experience at a luxury hotel with a convenient location near the subway station and main attractions. the hotel offered a variety of amenities including a restaurant, gym, and swimming pool. the service provided by the staff was excellent, and the food was extremely tasty with a wide range of options. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel had a shopping center within its premises, making it convenient for last-minute Christmas shopping.

One drawback of the hotel was that parking was not free, and I had to pay a substantial amount for just a few nights. Additionally, due to the hotel's popularity, it is advisable to book in advance to secure a room during busy periods such as Christmas.

The view from the hotel room was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking cityscape that glittered at night. the room itself was spacious and clean, with a beautiful interior design that blended luxury and comfort perfectly. Additionally, the hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the city and accessing key attractions.

I was disappointed with the lack of customer service at this hotel. the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful, offering little assistance when needed.

The swimming pool area is nice, and the jacuzzi facilities are great. The Italian restaurant dinner was not good, but the meat dish was outstanding. The bar has a nice ambience. We appreciated the free upgrade and daily treats in the room. The hotel provided excellent service and had a wonderful swimming pool.

I had the most amazing stay at Four Seasons! The service was impeccable, from the rapid and accurate responses to my emails to the wonderful concierge team who went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. They even secured a reservation with a personal credit card for me. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and the showers with the rain heads were a treat. The fresh fruit supply was much appreciated on hot days. The breakfast buffet offered a standard luxury spread with freshly squeezed and cold fruit juices. The location was convenient with a subway across the street to avoid traffic jams. The staff was attentive, and the Executive room included great services like breakfast and free laundry. The gym and pool area were fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and top-notch stay.
