The location of the hotel was really convenient for us. We could easily get Ubers to anywhere we needed to go, and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Despite the occasional noise from the hallways, our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was well-maintained and the shower worked perfectly. The staff provided us with excellent service, making us feel welcome despite the language barrier. We also appreciated the free wifi and the comfortable beds.

The lack of a refrigerator in our room was a downside.

The location is very central, close to many restaurants with authentic Panama food and the metro station. The El Cangrejo district is a good area, too. The rooms are clean with firm mattresses and ceramic tile floors. The bathrooms are small but have a walk-in shower. The hotel has good, helpful English desk concierges.

The breakfast options were not great.

I had a great stay at Hotel Marbella! The staff were super friendly and helpful, making sure we had all the information we needed. They even let me stay an extra 2 hours for free when my flight time changed. The location was convenient, close to shops and the metro, and the room was clean and reasonably priced. Plus, the TV had lots of channels to choose from, and the air conditioning worked well.

The breakfast option could be improved with more variety and options to choose from.

Room was clean, comfortable and had great wifi. Had a small issue with parking but the helpful staff quickly sorted it out. a pleasant stay. Would recommend.

We were even allowed to check in early at no extra cost, which was greatly appreciated after a red-eye flight. The hotel's location in the center of the city was perfect, with easy access to most malls and convenient transportation options. We also enjoyed the cleanliness and well-maintained facilities of the hotel. Additionally, the owner, Marta, deserves special mention for her exceptional hospitality. She not only allowed us to extend our check-out time for our late flight but also provided a small refrigerator in our room when we needed it. Eating in the hotel restaurant was also convenient, particularly on rainy days when we didn't feel like venturing out for lunch. we had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning.

The staff, especially Stephanie, was extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed. The AC in the rooms worked perfectly, providing a refreshingly cold atmosphere. The hotel's location was also great, close to restaurants and shops, which made it convenient for us to explore and find places to eat.

During our stay, we experienced some issues with the WiFi in our room. Although the staff tried to fix it, we couldn't get a stable connection.
