The staff at Four Seasons were excellent! The hotel itself is luxurious, with spacious rooms and a central location. The breakfast buffet was amazing and we looked forward to it every morning. The room was fantastic with a great bathroom. Access to the Club Floor was a major advantage with free cocktails, canapes, and more. The spa facilities were good, with qualified therapists and quality products. The staff, especially those on the Club Floor, were extremely helpful and made me feel at home. The location is perfect, right across from the Exhibition Center and within walking distance of bars, restaurants, and a shopping mall with coffee shops.

The team at the hotel went above and beyond to make it special, including a free room upgrade and personalized birthday surprises. Aggie, the Guest Experience Manager, was exceptional in her attention to detail and made the experience unforgettable. The hotel's facilities and location are ideal, and the staff, including Angelina and Joseph, were outstanding. This has now become my favorite hotel group, and I will definitely be returning.
