The room was fantastic with a great bathroom. Access to the Club Floor was a major advantage with free cocktails, canapes, and more. The spa facilities were good, with qualified therapists and quality products. The staff, especially those on the Club Floor, were extremely helpful and made me feel at home. The location is perfect, right across from the Exhibition Center and within walking distance of bars, restaurants, and a shopping mall with coffee shops.

I recently celebrated my 26th birthday at Four Seasons and had an incredible stay. The team at the hotel went above and beyond to make it special, including a free room upgrade and personalized birthday surprises. Aggie, the Guest Experience Manager, was exceptional in her attention to detail and made the experience unforgettable. The hotel's facilities and location are ideal, and the staff, including Angelina and Joseph, were outstanding. This has now become my favorite hotel group, and I will definitely be returning.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Joseph Choi, made me feel right at home. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the spacious and clean rooms on the 30th floor. The breakfast selection was huge, and I also enjoyed the complimentary snacks and drinks in the evening. Additionally, the outdoor pool and gym were great amenities. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk away from shopping and nightlife.

We also loved the breakfast and the exceptional hospitality of Aggie Liu, the Guest Experience Assistant Manager. This hotel truly embodied the high Four Seasons quality we expected.

The attention to detail was exceptional, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The facilities, including the spa, gym, and pool, were also top-notch. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
