The hotel had a great location, just a short walk from Fragrant Hills park and the Botanic Gardens. the staff were incredibly friendly, and they even let me see different rooms before I made my choice. the hot spring pools were also a great bonus, perfect for relaxation after a long day of business meetings.

There were a few drawbacks to my stay. the noise from other guests at night was a bit bothersome, with doors banging and people shouting late into the night.

Luxury at its best. I stayed at a wonderful hotel and found the facilities simply exquisite. the room was exclusive with modern amenities and the swimming pool was just amazing. the restaurant had a great selection of cuisine, and the bar/lounge area was the perfect place to relax.

The only small issue was the lack of English-speaking staff; however, they worked hard to understand the guests and help where they could.

During our romantic escape, we were impressed with the lush surroundings of the hotel. the room was clean, spacious, and provided a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for couples looking to unwind.

the hotel's location was a bit far from the main attractions and city center, making transportation a hassle and adding extra travel time to our plans.
