I stayed here for a business trip and really appreciated the cozy atmosphere and top-notch customer service. The staff went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable, and having a shopping mall right next door made it super convenient for dining and last-minute supplies. The breakfast had a nice variety to choose from, which was a great way to start my day. I especially loved the stunning view from my room on the 25th floor, making it all the more pleasant during my stay.

Spacious suite, convenient location, with friendly staff ensuring a pleasant experience, just a short walk from numerous restaurants and close to Shipaiqiao Station for easy travel around the city.

Room was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for our needs. The only downside was the Japanese style WC in one of the bathrooms didn't work properly. Location is fantastic with shopping malls nearby and plenty of local restaurants. We also enjoyed playing mini golf nearby during our stay.

Spacious room, comfortable kitchen, perfect for preparing simple meals with the excellent cooking utensils and electric kettle provided. Just a short 45-minute drive from the airport for easy access.

Guangzhou was a feast for the senses! I savored exquisite local eats just steps away from Fraser Suites. I loved being upgraded to a spacious one-room suite with a well-equipped kitchenette. The staff were warm and made our stay a delight.

Now, let's keep it real—the air conditioning was a bit stubborn, and check-in felt slow with long lines.

I enjoyed my stay in the spacious two-bedroom suite that was perfect for our group. The location was unbeatable, right above a mall that led us straight to the metro station, making travel around the city so convenient. The staff, especially Edward and Glenn, were extremely helpful and friendly, which added a personal touch to our visit.

The only downside was that the exercise facilities required a reservation in advance, which felt a bit inconvenient.

It was just a smart choice for a quick weekend visit in Guangzhou with exceptional value. The suite had a great kitchen setup, perfect for making breakfast before heading out. Make sure to explore the local shops and restaurants around the hotel for a true taste of the area.

Spacious and cozy room with thoughtful amenities! The well-equipped kitchen fulfilled our needs perfectly during our stay. Friendly staff made sure to accommodate us every step of the way. With easy access to the subway and a large shopping mall below, it’s ideal for first-time visitors. A few minor quirks, but nothing overshadowed our experience here.

the location is superb , with access to various shopping venues right at your doorstep. the breakfasts were remarkable, filled with diverse options that I truly miss. the staff were always warm and went above and beyond, especially the housekeeping team.

Super cozy Deluxe Two-Bedroom Suite! It was spacious with a nice living area and a dining table. The master bed was huge, and the layout was really well thought out. Had a beautiful view from the bathroom too. Just a heads-up, the hot water didn’t last long during showers, which was a bit of a bummer. Overall, I felt right at home!
