I was impressed with the location of Fraser Suites, as it is conveniently situated near Onelink Walk Shopping Mall and the Shi Pai Qiao Station. The spacious and comfortable Two-Bedroom Executive Unit that I was upgraded to added to the overall relaxing experience.

The hotel is conveniently located in a bustling district, close to several shopping centers and a nearby mall for easy shopping during down time. The rooms are nicely decorated and spacious, with comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast spread is wonderful. Additionally, the property is connected to a subway station, making it easy to explore the city.

The concierge service could be improved, as they sometimes give incorrect directions to nearby amenities.

Entering the hotel was like stepping into a luxurious retreat. The staff provided excellent service and really catered to our every need. The spa and wellness centre was a highlight with a beautiful sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. The massage was divine and left us feeling rejuvenated. We especially loved the outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and beach umbrellas where we could relax and soak up the sun. The room amenities were exclusive and fulfilled all our luxurious needs. The private facilities were top-notch, making our stay truly memorable.

The only minor issue was the slow check-in process, but the efficient and friendly staff made up for it.

Two great complementary facts are the free wifi and the welcome drink they provided upon arrival. The location is also key, situated close to public transportation and major attractions. the comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep.

The room was not as clean as I would have hoped, with some noticeable stains on the carpet and bedding. the noise level from outside was quite disruptive, making it difficult to get a good night's rest.
