I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel that went above and beyond in terms of customer service. When I contacted the hotel to arrange an early check-in for my friend, who had just finished a chemo treatment, they not only accommodated our request but also upgraded our room. the hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were amazing. It was truly a lovely place to stay.

The room was clean and warm, with a adequately large bathroom. The shower arrangement, although crude, was effective. The location of the hotel was ideal for getting to Hampden Stadium, making it convenient for both football and music events. Despite the small drawbacks of the hot water not being very hot and the fire system issue, the overall experience was pleasant. The friendly and helpful staff, along with the high standard of food, added to the positive experience. On-site parking was also available. I would recommend this hotel.

number 10 hotel in glasgow really exceeded my expectations. the friendly staff made us feel at home, the bar manager was excellent and the food was top-notch. the hotel itself was beautifully restored and conveniently located near the train station. a great stay overall!

The hotel is located in a very nice area with an attractive park opposite, making it a pleasant and peaceful stay. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable experience for guests. The service provided by the staff is amazing, making it feel like a home away from home. The breakfast offered is good and the prices are reasonable.

The windows in the rooms don't open wider, which could be a bit restrictive for some guests.

We arrived slightly early for check-in, but unfortunately, our room wasn't ready. However, the staff quickly upgraded us to another room. Although the gentleman at reception seemed a bit upset, he still made sure we were taken care of. We had a delicious meal at the restaurant, and the manager was very attentive, even greeting us with martinis. The beer garden staff were also friendly and efficient. Despite a few hiccups, we enjoyed the exceptional facilities and overall had a pleasant experience.

The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. the hotel offers a bar and restaurant, which are perfect for enjoying a drink or a meal.

There were a few minor issues with cleanliness in the room, such as stains on one of the coffee cups and crumbs on the couch.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The room was absolutely stunning, with gorgeous decor and furnishings.
