The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The basic amenities provided were exactly what we needed, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location was excellent, with a great view from the top of the hill and within walking distance of everything worth visiting in the city.

And of course, I can't forget to mention Chef Felipe's culinary skills - the food was simply divine, with unique flavor combinations. my stay was unforgettable and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and attentive, always willing to help with any requests. the location of the hotel was great, within walking distance to the main square and all the amenities of the city. Additionally, the room was clean and comfortable, with a large bed and plenty of hot water for showering.

The road leading to the hotel was narrow and only had one lane, making it difficult to unload luggage and causing stress with cars honking behind us. There was also an issue with the Wi-Fi, as it was not very reliable and could be frustrating at times.

The comfortable and spacious room provided a relaxing retreat after a long day of exploring. The crisp and soft bedding made for a restful night's sleep. We were treated to outstanding complimentary breakfasts each morning, which set us off on the right foot for our adventures. The staff, especially the night manager and the driver Sr. Elviro, were friendly and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for restaurants and city exploration. Although there were a few improvements that could be made, such as staff efficiency, increased housekeeping staff, and better consistency in services.

The hotel was getting run down, with broken lamps and a smelly polyester issue. Some of the staff needed better training.
