This hotel saved our trip! We didn't like the city, but Galaxy was fantastic! We swam in all pools, tried water slides and drank cocktails poolside! The suite was clean, big and had top-notch amenities. Mini bar was free, wi-fi was normal and there was a big shopping mall in the complex. The staff was cute and incredibly polite!

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

As a senior traveler, we truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture by Rodney, one of the staff members, who personally escorted us to expedite our check-in process. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient shuttle buses to various attractions. Our suite was stunning, and the breakfast options exceeded our expectations. Moreover, Galaxy offers fantastic amenities for families, with a diverse range of activities available at the impressive swimming pool complex. We were delighted with our entire stay, from start to finish.

As a tourist, I appreciated the beautiful and comfortable rooms at the hotel. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious fruits, Western and Eastern items.

We had an amazing weekend at a 5-star hotel in Macau. the room was spacious and beautifully designed, with luxurious amenities and a stunning view. the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed and respected throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the pool area, with its lazy river and sauna, providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience. the hotel also offered a complimentary shuttle service, which was a convenient way to explore the city.

One downside was that some of the hotel's restaurants were a bit overpriced. However, this was the only negative aspect we encountered during our stay.

The check-in process was slow and inefficient. the hotel facilities were outdated and in need of renovation.

The room was nice and had a perfect view. the resort deck was awesome, especially for the kids. the hotel's location was great, with a mall, restaurants, and even a movie theater. the staff members were nice, especially the concierge who helped us and the doorman who went out of their way to assist us. We were impressed with the level of service provided by the staff.

There were a few minor issues during our stay. the selection of black teas could have been wider, and the turn-down service could have been more considerate of guests who have the do not disturb light on.
