The staff, especially George, were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing valuable recommendations to enhance our experience. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the breakfast options provided, including different cereal brands, fruits, juice, coffee. the property had great amenities like a swimming pool, hot tub, back balcony, and roof deck, all with clothing-optional areas for those who wanted to relax and enjoy the sun. We also got nice perks like discounted parking and free access to drag shows nearby.

The gym room could use an update, and some of the equipment was a bit rusty. There was some noise at night, especially if your room is near the bar areas, but it didn't personally bother me.

My recent stay at the hotel was a great experience. The location, right on Duval street, was perfect for exploring the shopping and restaurants in the area. The pool and hot tub were well-maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. I appreciated the amenities in my room, such as the small fridge and microwave. The spacious pool area and garden allowed for both shady and sunny spots throughout the day. The WiFi connection was also reliable. I had a pleasant and peaceful stay.

Drawbacks: However, there were some drawbacks to my stay. The facilities were starting to show their age and would benefit from renovations.

Hotel breakfast could use some improvement.

The room was spacious and had a kitchen, a loft, and a balcony that provided a great view of the surrounding area. The pool area was fantastic, and the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the local attractions.

The noise from the adjacent bar was quite loud, making it difficult to sleep at night. The cleanliness of the room and the overall maintenance of the hotel left much to be desired.

Our stay at the guesthouse exceeded our expectations! The room was spacious, with a kitchen and even a loft. We were lucky to have access to a balcony overlooking Duval Street, and the pool area was fantastic. The staff were friendly and the location was perfect.

As for breakfast, the only improvement I could suggest would be to add a wider selection of items.

Loved the clothing-optional sundeck, the pool and jacuzzi for men only, the free happy hour and drag shows. Also, sushi is lowered from the balcony into a giant red stiletto shoe on New Year's!

Oh, how I adore watching older men not wearing much while relaxing by the pool. Definitely an image I won't forget.

Great place to stay

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fabulous hotel in Key West with a couple of friends. We chose this hotel because we wanted a fun and inclusive atmosphere where we could be ourselves without judgment. The hotel surpassed our expectations with its spacious and beautifully decorated rooms. The beds were comfortable, and the showers were refreshing. We particularly enjoyed the poolside bar and sun deck, where we could relax and socialize. The staff, especially Josh, were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. The hotel also had a diverse mix of guests, which added to the vibrant atmosphere. The only minor downside was that the breakfast area opened a bit late for early risers like myself. if you're looking for a reasonably priced and welcoming place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel.
