I recently stayed in a hotel just outside the old town in a beautiful area, and it was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to the metro and situated in a nice neighborhood. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a luxurious bathroom and excellent service from the staff. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel also had great facilities, including a pool and a Spanish restaurant. it was a wonderful stay with many advantages.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Great location and stunning views. Lots of dining options nearby. Good access to metro and easy to get around by taxi. Piano bar was nice, and service was excellent. Clean room with excellent maid service.

We had a lovely Christmas stay at this hotel! the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food offered. the location was perfect, close to many restaurants and shopping options. We especially enjoyed the indoor pool which was clean and well maintained.

The staff's level of English was quite low which made it difficult to communicate at times. the room service was hit and miss and the food would often arrive cold.

the exclusive amenities such as the spa and wellness centre, the indoor swimming pool, and the sauna were a real treat. the service was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to fulfil our needs. We particularly loved spending time in the sun terrace, which had comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas.

this did not dampen our experience and did not affect any of the other facilities that the hotel had to offer.
