We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The view from our grand room was breathtaking, with the Oriental Pearl Tower and a partial view of the river. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, providing us with extra comfort. The hotel facilities were top-notch and well-maintained. The best part was the amazing upgrade we received upon check-in, thanks to the incredibly kind lady at the reception. It made our anniversary surprise for my husband even more special. We had a fantastic time enjoying the club lounge on the 83rd floor as well. All in all, this hotel met our high expectations and provided us with a truly memorable experience.

I recently stayed at Grand Hyatt Shanghai for a few days. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They even upgraded my room to a junior suite for free, which was both comfortable and well-equipped. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with many attractions within walking distance and easy access to transportation. The breakfast provided was excellent and I particularly enjoyed the piano bar and tapas bar on the higher levels of the building.

I had a great stay at Grand Hyatt Shanghai. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the city skyline. The check-in process was smooth, and the receptionist spoke excellent English. I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded my room, making my stay even better. The room itself was spacious and had a beautiful neutral decor. The bathroom, although not to my taste, was clean and had decent toiletries. The hotel's bar on the 87th floor was a highlight, offering breathtaking views. I would recommend this hotel as a 4-star experience.

I stayed at a hotel in Lu Jiazhui area, with a great view of the city. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering a stunning view of the city skyline. The bathroom was well-maintained and had all necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious. The hotel also had a well-equipped gym and a bar with breathtaking views.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The views from my room on the 74th floor were breathtaking and the skyline views from the lobby on the 54th floor were out of this world. The variety of choices for breakfast and dinner was enormous, with the best quality food possible. The spa area was divided for women and men, and the pool was nice. I also loved the location of the hotel, especially on the river side, and the fact that it was close to everything including the metro. The staff was very professional and always tried to find solutions. I was pleased to find a lot of brand name stores in the shopping mall connected to the hotel.
