My Easter stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! the first thing that I loved about this hotel was the incredible water park they had. It was perfect for my kids, and they had the time of their lives splashing around in the pools and going down the water slides. Another great aspect was the hotel's location. It was situated right on the beach, so we had easy access to the sandy shores and stunning ocean views. Lastly, the service at the hotel was top-notch. the staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any request we had.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the first issue was that we were not informed upfront about certain additional charges.

The staff was extremely helpful and nice. Check-in was fast and easy. The facilities were amazing - pools, rooms, common areas. The restaurant was outstanding with live music and delicious food. The room had a sea view and was unbeatable. Everything was excellent in this hotel experience.

The breakfast at the hotel was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious Colombian dishes. the staff was very kind and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and attended to. the location of the hotel was also a major plus, with easy access to nearby attractions and a stunning view from the balcony.

One issue I encountered was with the transportation service provided by the hotel. On the first day, there was insufficient transportation to the nearby beach, forcing guests to pay for a taxi.

The ocean view from the room was stunning. The staff was friendly and helpful. Facilities were consistently clean. Taxis were readily available. Good AC in the room.

We had a great stay at a hotel located in a convenient location close to many restaurants and the airport. The room was spacious and included a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and included traditional Colombian food and a lot of fresh fruit. The hotel also had a great swimming pool and a well-equipped gym. We also enjoyed the ocean views from our room.

The staff around the pool could have been more attentive and could have provided better service.

The value for money was amazing, the room was fantastic with a balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. The location was convenient and the staff were friendly and helpful despite the language barrier.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Cartagena. The value for money was great, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a wonderful view of the sea. The staff were incredibly helpful and caring, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. Can't wait to come back!

The hotel was family-friendly with great facilities for kids, including a park and games room.

The bed was large and comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. the spa and pool were enjoyable, with a pleasant view of both the ocean and city lights. the buffet breakfast was decent and the dinner restaurant offered beautifully presented meals. It was convenient to have a tourist office and taxis readily available when needed.

The room had a musty smell and the air conditioning was difficult to adjust. the windows were dirty and the bottled water was exorbitantly priced.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a quieter part of the city for 7 nights and had a wonderful experience. The high-quality food, friendly and helpful employees, and spacious and comfortable rooms really stood out. My son especially loved the kiddie pool, and we appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the efficient cleaning service. The underground parking and strong internet connection were also convenient. a great experience that I would recommend to others.

This hotel is a great value for money option with basic amenities, including a bar fridge and A/C. The seaview rooms with balconies are perfect and the shower is amazing. The location is ideal, with easy access to nearby restaurants, and the staff provide excellent service. The breakfast is also great!

All in all, this hotel is worth considering!

The room, view, and overall experience were excellent. The cleaning service was exceptional. Early check-in was allowed. Sufficient parking spaces in the underground garage. Staff was friendly and helpful. ATM available.
