All was perfect.

The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay for our romantic escape. We were pleased with the stunning views from the room, which added to the overall ambiance of our stay. Additionally, the hotel's central location made it convenient for us to explore the city and visit nearby high-end malls.

We were disappointed with certain aspects of our experience. the check-in process was a hassle, requiring us to change elevators multiple times.

We had a great stay at the hotel and found the location to be very convenient. The luxury shopping mall right at the doorstep was a bonus. The room was well decorated and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. Despite some language barriers, the staff were helpful and we were particularly impressed with Marc, who went above and beyond to assist us with late-night document printing. Alex from the concierge also ensured we were well taken care of and provided helpful guidance for exploring the city. we would highly recommend this hotel for future visits.

Perfect for a relaxing weekend

Located beside a high-end mall, this hotel is perfect for a weekend getaway. Their staff were incredibly helpful and the facilities were immaculate. I enjoyed the gym, swimming pool, and the delicious breakfast offered with such a wide variety of options.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Clean rooms, nice gym, good spa zone, and a refreshing pool area made my stay even better. The benefit of having a Finnish sauna in the spa was a great addition. Additionally, there was a convenient shopping mall right in the center of the city, which made it easy for me to explore and shop. In the evenings, the relaxing atmosphere at the bar lounge was perfect for unwinding after a long day.

We stayed at this hotel for a business trip and we were delighted with the luxurious amenities provided. the Spa & wellness center was outstanding and we were pampered by the professional staff. the indoor swimming pool was a refreshing break from our hectic schedule. We enjoyed the delicious in-room breakfast which was promptly served each morning. the Bar/ Lounge area provided a classy and refined atmosphere where we could relax after our meetings.

The only minor issue we experienced was the limited private facilities available for business meetings. the hotel made great arrangements for us to use the available conference rooms.

I recently had a fantastic experience at a hotel in Shenyang. It was centrally located, right next to the new high-end Mix-C mall, making it convenient for shopping and dining. The room I stayed in was modern and beautifully appointed, with a spacious bathroom and amazing views of the city. The service was outstanding, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to start the day off right.

There was one negative aspect of my stay. People smoking in the hallways created an unpleasant smell, although it did not affect the air quality in the rooms.
