The hotel had a great location, close to the lively bars and restaurants of the old town and just a short walk to the beach. the breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of hot and cold dishes, as well as a good selection of drinks.

The mattress in our room was quite uncomfortable, although they did provide a mattress topper which helped a bit. the curtains in our ground-level room had to be kept closed for privacy, which limited the natural light in the room.

This hotel offers amazing value for the money. The prices are very reasonable considering the excellent location in a quiet area of the old city. You can easily walk to the beautiful Chania Town center and enjoy the numerous restaurants and tavernas along the street. The rooms with a small balcony are a nice touch, especially if you get one on a higher level. I loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view. The attention to detail is superb, with basic amenities provided including a coffee machine and a hair dryer. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast is a delight, with a delicious cake and a wide selection of options, including Greek delicacies. It's perfect for all tastes.

The staff at the reception and the housekeeper were very kind and took care of us with their suggestions, greeting us with a smile always. The hotel is a kind of boutique hotel, making you feel at home. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean. The breakfast varies every day and is delicious. Great value for money. The location is excellent, a stone throw's away from the old port, restaurants, and Chania Town centre. The staff helped with every question and made us feel at home from the very first day. They booked our excursions, arranged transfers, and gave us tips to make our stay unforgettable.

This hotel was everything we could ask for during our romantic escape! First of all, the pillows were super comfy, allowing us to sleep like babies every night. the staff was outstanding, friendly and provided us with excellent service. the hotel is situated in a key location, with restaurants and a supermarket right across the road, which made our stay even more convenient. We also loved that the rooftop terrace was a peaceful oasis overlooking the city.

It wasn't easy to find a parking spot near the hotel, and the lot was often full, leaving us struggling to park our car. the bathrooms' walls seemed to be quite thin as we could occasionally hear street noise and music.

I had a fantastic experience at Palazzo Elia Hotel in Chania. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the old Venetian port and the bustling Chania Town center. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, and the breakfast was delicious and varied each day. The best part, however, was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. We had a couple of minor issues in the room and the staff addressed both immediately. Breakfast was good, restaurant recommendations were excellent. Bed and bedding were super comfortable. Shower was roomy with good water pressure. We had an inner courtyard to ourselves which was a nice surprise. I'll recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for 5 days and it was great value for money. Staff were attentive, breakfast selection was nice, and the private balcony with a sea view was amazing. Room had a decent sized mini fridge. Perfect location in a quiet street in the old town.
