The hotel room is fantastic and nicely decorated. Spacious with electronic curtain and toilet. Comfortable pillow selection. Yoga mat and straight hair iron available. Food in Hyatt is excellent. Live band performance at bar is wonderful. Buffet breakfast is excellent with a good choice of western style food and great coffee. The décor and ornaments around the hotel are interesting. Room has commanding views of the area. Walking in closet and separate toilet are added features.

The staff were friendly and eager to help. The room was spacious with commanding views and had a separate toilet and walk-in closet.

The food at the hotel was delicious, especially the buffet breakfast which offered a great selection of Western-style dishes and excellent coffee. I also enjoyed the live band performance at the bar. my stay at Grand Hyatt was amazing!

The only downside was the hotel's location, as there was only a Starbucks nearby and I had to take a taxi or walk a long distance to find other restaurants. Additionally, the lift system was confusing as there was no way to know which door would open when I pressed the button.

Our stay at this luxury hotel was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exclusive amenities and top-notch service. The Spa and wellness center was one of the best I have ever seen, with a wide range of treatments, an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room. The outdoor swimming pool was also fantastic, offering spectacular views of the garden area. The staff was courteous and friendly, always willing to help with anything we needed. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were both exceptional, with delicious dinner options and a great wine selection. All of our needs were fulfilled in this beautiful venue.

The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was that our suite did not have a Nespresso machine. However, this hotel went above and beyond to meet our needs and supplied one after we asked.
