We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was great, just a short walk to the main attractions. The staff were extremely helpful and cooperative. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The updated washrooms were a nice touch. The restaurant provided delicious meals and the room service was quick and efficient. we were very impressed with the level of comfort and quality services provided here.

The breakfast offered a decent variety. Staff ensured guests had everything they needed. Rooms were exceptionally clean and the bathrooms had been updated. Efficient staff assistance was available for restaurant and room service. The location was also good.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the spacious and clean rooms, as well as the helpful and responsive staff. the key location made it easy for us to walk to the nearby mall and enjoy the local shops and restaurants.

There were power failures and no backup generators, which made it uncomfortably hot at night. the intermittent internet connection was also problematic, and the hot water had to be manually requested.
