Excellent location and exceptional service. The front desk staff went above and beyond to arrange a spacious Uber 7-seater for our large group. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options in a spacious restaurant. The pool and gym were a great bonus, and the bed in our large room was incredibly comfortable. Despite a minor issue with the security deposit charge, I would still highly recommend this hotel. a wonderful stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, just a 3-minute walk from the subway, allowing easy access to all the main sights in this city. I was able to visit Tianmen Square, Forbidden City, Beijing Concert Hall, and NCPA easily. The hotel facilities were great, with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, always responding quickly to my requests. They even went beyond to help me organize trips and book taxis. The breakfast was delicious, and I especially loved the Chinese restaurant with its excellent food. the best aspects of this hotel were its easy transportation, convenient location, cleanliness, and friendly staff.

The breakfast buffet at Grand Mercure was fantastic. It offered a wide variety of both Eastern and Western dishes, and the egg cooking station had a great selection. The only downside was that the staff was a little too eager to clear tables. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and spacious, clean rooms.

The location was fantastic, right in a very interesting tourist area and with easy access to transportation. It was also very close to Beihai Park, which was a beautiful place to walk around.

The hotel room was big and clean, with comfortable beds and plenty of cable channels to choose from. We also appreciated the coffee/tea making facilities and the daily provision of mineral water. the location of the hotel was perfect, with two subway stations within walking distance, making it easy to travel to different attractions in the city. Additionally, there were shopping malls nearby where we could find a variety of food options.

The room was a bit dim, even with all the lights turned on, and the air conditioning was a bit warm during winter. It would have been more comfortable if the lighting was brighter and the temperature cooler.
