We had a fantastic stay at the Grand Park. It was our first time in the city and the location couldn't have been better. The hotel is situated near a beautiful park with charming lane ways and lovely cafes. The room service was fast and the staff at the concierge were very helpful, especially when my husband fell ill and they provided a wheelchair. The breakfast had a great variety of both western and Chinese options, which our kids loved. The wifi and business spaces were also decent for my work needs.

The shopping center is just a short walk away, and the lake nearby offers a peaceful retreat. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. The service is friendly and attentive, with staff members who speak English. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of food options, catering to different tastes. The view from the higher floors is breathtaking, providing a lovely backdrop to the stay.

The restaurant in the hotel is not up to par with the rest of the experience.

And let's not forget the amazing omelets! I didn't want to leave this hotel.

The location of the hotel was absolutely amazing. It was just a stone's throw away from the stunning Green Lake, which made for a beautiful view from our room. We also loved that the hotel was conveniently situated near the lake park, allowing us to take leisurely walks and enjoy the serene surroundings.

One downside of our stay was the swimming pool. Although it was available, the water was disappointingly cold, even though we were there in mid-August.
