Great hotel location, close to the shopping area and restaurants. The room was cozy and tidy with a comfortable king-size bed, and high-speed internet access. The breakfast selection was fantastic with plenty of options to choose from.

The staff members were not very hospitable and didn't seem to care about our stay. The bar and room service closed early, so we weren't able to order drinks or food late at night.

We were pleasantly surprised by the level of service at the Kunming Haitian Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our early check-in request, allowing us to rest after a long flight. The location was convenient, close to the metro station and within walking distance of the central area. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The breakfast had a good variety of food options. we had a very enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly polite and friendly, always going the extra mile to assist us, even though we didn't speak the same language. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a great selection of pillows to choose from. The check-in and check-out process was quick and smooth, allowing us to make the most of our time here. Additionally, the location was perfect, being close to the train station, the subway, and the new downtown area. We also appreciated the variety of amenities available, such as room service, car hire, and free Wi-Fi. we had a wonderful experience at this hotel.
