During my stay over Christmas, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean rooms at this hotel. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. Additionally, I appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, which was close to key attractions and amenities.

I did have a few negative experiences during my stay. the breakfast provided could use some improvement as it was not up to my expectations.

We had a fantastic two-night stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was exceptional - everything was sanitized, including the room doors and TV control. The hotel facilities were impressive, with the room equipped with pots, pans, silverware, and utensils for cooking. We loved the location - very close to the highway and within walking distance to plenty of stores, shops, restaurants, and a theater. The staff, especially Colleen at the front desk, was exceptional, making us feel welcome with their bubbly personalities.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and excellent water pressure in the shower. The service was top-notch, with staff who were friendly and efficient, and the complimentary breakfast was a real treat. There were also nice facilities like a fitness room, laundry room, and outdoor basketball hoop.

One minor drawback was the soundproofing in the hotel, which could be improved.

Another advantage was the well-maintained pool, which had a unique saltwater system that we found interesting.

Our stay was overshadowed by poor housekeeping service. We stayed for several nights yet no one came to clean our room or replenish the supplies.
